The product feature is named Zilli AI. This page records the upstream components and licenses included in its local runtime.

On-device model

Zilli AI uses a mobile-quantized Gemma-family instruction model prepared for LiteRT-LM. Model materials are provided under their accompanying license and notice terms. Zilli does not claim ownership of the upstream model.

On-device runtime

LiteRT-LM and related runtime components are open-source software made available under the Apache License 2.0 and their accompanying notices.

Apache License 2.0

A copy of the Apache License 2.0 is bundled with Zilli. Copyright and attribution notices remain the property of their respective owners.

Product naming

“Zilli AI” identifies Zilli’s on-device feature and user experience. It does not rename or transfer ownership of third-party model or runtime projects.
