Terms for using Zilli.

Last updated July 24, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you download or use Zilli, including Loop, Slate, Stack, Void, and Zilli AI. By using Zilli, you agree to these Terms. If you cannot agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, use Zilli only with that permission. Zilli does not require an account.

Permitted use

You may use Zilli only for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security controls, distribute malicious content through its external feedback channel, or infringe another person’s rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Zilli. You are responsible for that content and for keeping appropriate backups of anything important. Zilli does not obtain ownership of your private notes, recordings, transcripts, habits, focus sessions, prompts, or generated responses.

Zilli AI

Zilli AI generates output locally from the context you deliberately provide. Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it. Zilli and Zilli AI do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

Zilli may be supplied as beta or pre-release software through TestFlight. Features may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. We may update, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.

Price

Zilli is currently free and does not currently offer a subscription or in-app purchase. Any future paid feature will be presented clearly before purchase and will remain subject to applicable consumer law and Apple’s purchase terms.

Intellectual property

Zilli’s app design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses, listed on the Technology Notices page.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains on-device processing, iCloud, optional downloads, this website, and voluntary Google Forms feedback.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zilli is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zilli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.

Governing law and consumers

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Courts will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law; these Terms do not restrict any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in another competent court.

Apple terms

Your use of TestFlight, the App Store, iCloud, and other Apple services also remains subject to the applicable Apple terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Material changes will be presented through the app, website, or App Store information when appropriate.
